At Krooom we follow a program of rigid quality control with multiple checkpoints at every step of production and product development. Our production facility in China (ISO 9001:2000, certificated number: CC 2098) is supervised by our own staff and is of course strictly working under international and local labor laws.

The search for quality in every minute detail starting from the initial study, up to the production and delivery of the article, is one of the strong points of the quality system insisted on at Krooom Ltd. Such stringent testing carried out at every stage of the production process ensures a high and consistent standard of quality.
The first step is getting the right materials from reliable suppliers. Once in the factory, the products are manufactured to precise standards, individually ensuring the quality of each product.
Through product development we apply testing procedures to ensure our products meet or surpass testing standards and uphold the level of quality we commit to produce.

Product Testing

During last stages of product development process we conduct load, impact and durability tests according to international directives and standards in order to assure long shelf life, durability and maximum safety for end users.
All products are tested on Static Load Platform in order to calculate the maximum allowed load weight the product is to be exposed to. The figures specified in our product specifications include of course safety margins carefully tested.
Products exposed to impacts, such as chairs, tables and shelves are also tested on an Impact Test Bench to ensure rigid and durable structure of the final product. Furniture with back rest is furthermore tested to ensure structure durability and rigidness.

Our corrugated board 

An arch with the proper curve is the strongest way to span a given space. The arches, inside the cardboard plate, known as flutes and while anchored to the linerboard with a starch-based adhesive, resist bending and pressure from all directions. The flutes also serve as an insulator, providing protection from sudden temperature changes.
The larger flute profiles in the board we use deliver greater vertical compression strength. The Smaller flute profile provides enhanced structural and graphics capabilities.
Our corrugated board withstands top and side pressure, is crush resistant and has a high burst strength. It is impact, drop and vibration-resistant, yet light in weight.
